The panels feature a tongue-and-groove cam-lock joint system. During assembly, the male tongue of one panel is inserted into the female groove of the adjacent panel, and the integrated cam-lock mechanism is rotated 90° with a dedicated hex key (included with every shipment). The EPDM gasket compresses to form an airtight seal. No specialized tools or on-site welding is required. A typical 100m² cold room can be assembled by a 3-person crew in 6–8 hours.
The rock wool core achieves Class A1 fire rating per EN 13501-1, which is the highest possible classification for non-combustible building materials. Under GB 8624 (Chinese national standard), this corresponds to Grade A – non-combustible.
