Leveraging its extensive construction experience and reputation in the cold storage engineering sector, XNAIR Refrigeration was selected by Itochu Logistics (China) Co., Ltd. as a premium supplier for its cold chain storage projects. The collaboration began in 2012 with the construction of Itochu's first 2-8℃ medicinal refrigerator, followed by a second -18℃ medicinal freezer in 2014. On May 15, 2017, Itochu Logistics executives and cold chain engineers visited XNAIR Refrigeration's headquarters. Facing sustained growth in cold chain operations and full capacity utilization of their existing two facilities, they proposed constructing a third refrigerated warehouse on the current site. This expansion aimed to further enhance storage capabilities to meet escalating demand.
